I need to write, I want to write, I have time to write - but my brain is melting in this humid GA heat, in a house with no air-conditioning or even window units. It's melting, and seeping through my pores, and my only hope is that when we are finally home tomorrow, I will still have some left.

No AC? In Georgia? Crazy.
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to believe people used to live without AC, isn't it?
It is, isn't?! My in-laws ran out of money when building the house, so the AC never got installed. Normally, the window units are working, but I guess this summer Shon's dad is trying to save money. What's even crazier, is that the truck we are now driving doesn't have AC either, which you can't ignore on a more-than-30-minutes ride! :))
